I don’t really have a nickname.  In Wooden Badger (my band when I was in the States) , my mates used to call me Wonderboy, but that was a Tenacious D reference.  I don’t like to go by that because it makes me sound like some kind of ego-maniac (unless you get the Tenacious D reference, which most people don’t).
What instrument(s) do you play, and how long have you been doing that?

I’ve been singing as long as I can remember.  I’ve played piano since I was about 7.  I play guitar as well.  I started playing a bit when I was about 16, but I didn’t own my own guitar until I was about 18, that’s when I started to concentrate on it more.  I also toyed with the drums for about a year, and played trumpet for about 5 years.  (I’d like to get back into that someday!)
What do you do for a living?

Currently I am teaching private music lessons, but I also “service society by rocking.”
What’s your shoe-size?

I don’t know, the system is all screwy over-here :P , and I don’t feel like going to get my shoes to look at the tag.

Do you have any other bands/projects besides playing in Sun Caged?

Not currently, but in San Diego I was in 2 bands:  Wooden Badger, and The Order.  Actually the Wooden Badger album was almost complete when I moved, so I still hope we’ll dust that one off some day soon, add the finishing touches and release it.
Do you have any other hobbies besides making music?

I love movies!  Mostly of the art-house variety…it’s like the “prog” of the movie world, lol.  Movies like:  Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, Amelie, Terry Gilliam movies, Sideways, Coen Brothers movies (The Big Lebowski, Oh! Brother Whereart Thou, etc), I’m also a huge fan of Christopher Guest (Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, A Mighty Wind, etc).  Of course, all the Monty Python films…I also thought The School of Rock was brilliant and inspiring :))

I also like to cook, and enjoy great food!

What would you like to achieve with Sun Caged?

To make music from the heart, and have people enjoy listening to it.  I would also like to help all the single members of the band find gorgeous women who will become the loves of their lives. :P
