Björn Koenen (Burn) - Guitar

  

Aloha, my name is Björn Koenen, Born in 1974 in Valkenburg in the south of The Netherlands. 
My dad was a professional musician so there where always guitars in our house, but it took a while before I got interested in playing guitar. 
I started with my first lessons when I was about 13 years old. After a few months I started a Punk band with a couple of friends of mine and yeahhhhhhh we made a lot of NOISE. Then I got interested in bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica, Anthrax, etc. 
Of course I wanted to learn those cool licks so I took guitar lessons again and again and again and played in several bands, metal, rock, pop music, all kinds of stuff. 
Through the years of having lessons from Marcel and lots of practising Marcel asked me if I wanted to join Time Machine,  and then…………………….Let there be Rock !

 Influences: Steve Lukather, Steve Vai, James Hetfield and lots of musicstyles.
